1. The agreement

By opening an account you agree to these terms, the risk disclosure, the payment policy and the privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not open an account or use the platform.

2. Eligibility

You may open an account only if all of the following are true.

  • You are at least 18 years old.
  • You are not a citizen or resident of the United States for tax purposes.
  • You do not live in a country where the service is unavailable, including Canada, Hong Kong, EEA countries, Israel and Russia.
  • Using the service is legal where you live.

3. Your account

You may hold one account. Keep your login details private and tell support immediately if you believe someone else has accessed your account. You are responsible for activity on your account.

We may ask you to verify your identity at any time. Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete.

4. Demo and live accounts

Every account includes a demo balance for practice. Demo results do not represent real money and do not predict live results. Live trading uses real funds deposited by you.

5. Trading

Each trade states the stake, the expiry and the payout before you confirm it. A trade wins if the closing price is on the side you chose at expiry; otherwise the stake is lost. Prices, payouts and available instruments can change at any time and some markets close outside their trading hours.

OTC instruments use prices generated by the platform and are not quotes from an exchange. Their prices can differ from any other market.

6. Limits and controls

You can set a daily limit on live-account stakes. We may limit, suspend or close accounts that breach these terms, abuse bonuses, use multiple accounts or attempt to exploit errors in pricing or the platform.

7. Closing your account

You can delete your account from My account once there are no open trades and no pending deposits or withdrawals. Any remaining balance is forfeited when the account is deleted, so withdraw it first.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date on this page shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the platform after a change means you accept the updated terms.
